After working with WordPress for 11 or so years, I figured it was about time I wrote a plugin to give a little something back to the community.

This will allow website developers using WordPress to keep a site closed while they work on it for themselves and for clients, meanwhile displaying a message or holding page for any visitors the site receives in the meantime.
